The COVID-19 tracer is now online.
All students are encouraged to report to the Office of the Dean in case they are currently affected by the COVID-19.
Check out the link provided for your convenience. The Office of the Dean will coordinate with you so due consideration may be extended to you.
Note: The COVID-19 student tracer is used to facilitate the relaying of information to course facilitators so necessary and applicable consideration may be extended to students on a case-to-case basis. All students MUST FIRST report their case via Thomasian Online Medical Services and Support (ThOMedSS) as it serves as the central monitoring system of the University for COVID-19 case management.
We encourage all affected students to update their Online Health Declaration Form via Thomasian Online Medical Services and Support (ThOMedSS).
